Recovery Inn Level Advancement System
We have found that there are many components to having a successful recovery residence.
Our Level Advancement System was designed to promote step work, accountability and structure. In the LAS there are small attainable goals the women can meet. This gives the women a continued sense of success and builds a firmer foundation.

Spiritual Support
Spiritual support involves the degree to which a person experiences a connection to a higher power that is actively supporting, protecting, guiding, teaching, helping, and healing. For many people, having a relationship with a higher power is the foundation of their psychological well-being. Because individuals seek meaning when experiencing life changing events such as recovery, and spirituality is an important coping mechanism, promoting spiritual beliefs and practices is highly appropriate.
The Recovery Inn spiritual support groups are one-of-a-kind. Residents learn about recovery as a spiritual journey with a potentially positive outcome. Recovery Inn also encourages the residents involvement with a spiritual path that is consistent with their experiences and values.
At Recovery Inn we know that a spiritual connection and a well maintained spiritual life is essential to the success of each individual in recovery. Each client will be given the opportunity to form a mature spiritual connection while residing at Recovery Inn. This is done through weekly and bi-weekly support groups at each location. Our spiritual support groups are a required part of our program and are often the highlight of each ladies week.
SMU Perkins School of Theology staff, and professors are the lead for our spiritual support group in our Dallas homes.
Greenville Avenue Church of Christ members are the lead for our spiritual support groups in our Plano homes.

Big Book Study
In addition to our spiritual support groups we believe that 12 step recovery is paramount to the recovery process. With that in mind we have weekly Big Book Studies at all of our homes. The ladies study literature during this hour each week and begin building relationships with women in recovery.
